How long do therapy sessions last?My therapy sessions typically last about 45-55 minutes.

Do you offer in person or virtual therapy?I currently specialize in telehealth therapy so our sessions will be virtual. This way, you can meet with me in a space that feels comfortable and safe for you. I currently accept clients living in Florida and Michigan. Please note that you will need to be physically present in the state you reside in when we meet.

How do I know if you are a good fit?I offer a free 15 minute consultation for us to talk briefly about your situation. We can then determine if we will be a good therapeutic match. From there, we can schedule a session. Please call or text me to schedule!

What if I don’t want to use my insurance or what if you don’t take my insurance?Please contact me to set up a free 15 minute consultation to discuss my private pay fees. You can also call your insurance company to discuss your out of network benefits. I will be able to provide you with a superbill.

What is your cancellation policy?I require a 24 hour advanced notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you do not cancel within that timeframe or no show to your appointment, you will be charged a $50 no show fee.

Do you offer evening or weekend hours?I currently offer some evening hours. Please let me know if you need a specific time and I can try to accommodate.
