My therapy sessions typically last about 45-55 minutes.

I currently specialize in telehealth therapy so our sessions will be virtual. This way, you can meet with me in a space that feels comfortable and safe for you. I currently accept clients living in Florida and Michigan. Please note that you will need to be physically present in the state you reside in when we meet.

I offer a free 15 minute consultation for us to talk briefly about your situation. We can then determine if we will be a good therapeutic match. From there, we can schedule a session. Please call or text me to schedule!

I require a 24 hour advanced notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you do not cancel within that timeframe or no show to your appointment, you will be charged a $50 no show fee.
