Are you feeling like you’re not enough, no matter how hard you try? Do you constantly second-guess yourself or feel like you’re stuck in the same patterns, unable to break free? You might be struggling with feelings of anxiety or depression, or perhaps you’re carrying the weight of past experiences that are making it hard to move forward.
Maybe you’ve noticed that what happened in your childhood is still showing up in your life today—in your relationships, your self-esteem, or the way you cope with stress. You try to push through, but it feels like you’re carrying this invisible burden that others can’t see, and no matter how much you accomplish, it doesn’t change how you feel about yourself on the inside.
On top of that, life might be throwing some big changes your way—whether it’s a new job, a move, a relationship shift, or a major loss. Life transitions can be overwhelming, especially when you’re already carrying the weight of self-doubt, anxiety, or past trauma. You might feel uncertain, afraid of what’s next, or unsure of how to handle the change in a way that feels healthy and right for you.
You may find our work together helpful if:
-
You struggle with feelings of low self-worth, self-doubt, or insecurity, and it’s impacting your ability to feel confident in your daily life.
-
Anxiety and depression are constant companions, making it hard to enjoy life, connect with others, or find peace in your mind.
-
Childhood trauma or difficult past experiences still affect you, whether it’s through emotional pain, strained relationships, or a feeling of being stuck.
-
You’re going through a major life transition—whether it’s a new chapter or an unexpected challenge—and you’re feeling lost, uncertain, or overwhelmed by it.
-
You’re ready to heal, but you’re not sure where to start, and you want a safe space where you can be truly seen and heard.
In therapy with me, we’ll work together using a variety of evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs. I draw from the following:
-
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)- a therapy technique designed to help individuals process and resolve traumatic or distressing memories. Through guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation, EMDR enables clients to reprocess painful memories in a way that reduces their emotional impact. By focusing on specific memories while engaging in this stimulation, clients often experience a shift in how they perceive the memory, leading to decreased emotional distress and improved mental well-being.
-
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused CBT- to help challenge unhelpful thought patterns and address the impact of past trauma.
-
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)- provides tools for managing intense emotions and improving relationships
-
Psychodynamic Therapy- to explore how your past shapes your present
-
Brief Solution-Focused Therapy- to help you find practical solutions to immediate concerns.

You don’t have to keep carrying the weight of these struggles alone—I’m here to support you. Together, we’ll build the tools you need to claim your confidence, navigate life’s transitions, and move forward with clarity and peace.
